Use of this website
You may browse kzai.kz for personal and business purposes. You agree not to disrupt the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated scraping in a way that harms the service.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — texts, graphics, logos, app names and screenshots — belongs to KZ AI or its licensors and is protected by law. Apple, the Apple logo, App Store, iPhone and Mac are trademarks of Apple Inc.
Our apps
KZ AI apps are distributed exclusively through the Apple App Store. Your use of each app is governed by Apple's standard End User License Agreement and any app-specific terms shown on its store page. Purchases, subscriptions and refunds are processed by Apple.
Development services
Custom development (mobile, desktop, web and complex solutions) is provided under a separate written agreement for each project. Prices listed on this site — from ₸1,000,000 — are indicative starting points, not public offers; the final quote is fixed in the contract. Unless agreed otherwise, intellectual property rights to deliverables transfer to the client upon full payment.
No warranty
The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site, and information on it may be updated at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by the applicable law, KZ AI is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the inability to use it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved by the courts of Almaty, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country provide otherwise.
