Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

Your privacy matters to KZ AI. This policy explains what we collect (very little), what we deliberately don't, and how information is handled on this website and in our apps.

KZ AI is a software studio based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. We publish apps on the Apple App Store and build software for clients. For any privacy question, write to chetamanime@gmail.com.

It covers the kzai.kz website and, in general terms, our published apps. Each app also carries its own privacy details on its App Store page (Apple privacy labels), which take precedence for that app.

kzai.kz has no accounts, no tracking cookies and no advertising. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser and never leaves your device. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical server logs (IP address, user agent) for security and abuse prevention.

Our apps are built privacy-first: processing happens on your device wherever possible — for example, Suret performs text recognition entirely offline and your screen content never leaves your Mac. Our apps do not require accounts. Some free apps may send anonymous crash reports or show ads from third-party networks; where that applies, it is disclosed on the app's App Store page.

All purchases and subscriptions in our apps are processed by Apple. We never see or store your payment details. Refunds are handled through Apple according to their policies.

This site links to external services such as the Apple App Store, Telegram and Google Maps. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave kzai.kz.

We practice data minimization: we keep only what we need, for as long as we need it. Emails you send us are kept only for the duration of our correspondence and any legal requirements.

Wherever you live, you may ask us what data we hold about you, request a copy, or ask for deletion. Email chetamanime@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Our apps are rated 4+ unless stated otherwise and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with an updated date. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
